Not to get into the mindset that your art is bad. A better mindset is "My art isn't perfect yet but that's okay I'm learning and with every piece I make progress" look at the good in your art too, instead of "how I drew that hand sucks, I suck at art" think "There's room for improvement on how I draw hands, but the face looks really good!"

It's called a growth mindset if you praise the good and recognize what could use improvement but don't put your art down for it, you will improve (usually way faster too!)

Well, I'd say to learn bit by bit, and to learn the fundamentals especially!
Your drawings are pretty good tbh, it seems you have a very good understanding of shapes and linework, it's very good!

You seems to struggle with hands, so try to draw different common hand positions like these : 👍✊👊🤜🫵✋🖐️
Hands are actually pretty simple to draw when we know how they are structured :)

Try to work on proportions too, visualize how your drawing will fit on the paper too!

You seem to have very good bases so in my opinion with a little bit of studies you will be able to draw very well! :)

There's also these tutorials on Newgrounds to help :

you either get over that feeling naturally or you stop drawing
if you continue to draw, you're doing it

Avoid the daily grind mindset. That feeling you gotta grind like a machine every single day, until you're 'ready' to actually put it into practice, but you never actually get that feeling of ready so you practice infinitely. It's a brutal habit, but so subtle you don't even notice you're doing it.

idk, I'm not an artist, but I can say it's really good to actually just start drawing the things you're good at, and slowly incorporating things that are new to you, this way the good will mix with the new, and you'll be engaged... I might be pulling this outta my ass lmao, but it worked for me.
